Recharge and nurture body & soul with mindful touch.
Balancing air and earth through flying bodywork, Thai Yoga Massage and osteopathic principles

This BYC post-conference day is dedicated to the healing power of touch and connection. Combining Thai Yoga Massage and Flying Therapeutics with basic Osteopathic concepts we'll use touch to communicate with different layers of the physical and emotional body. Expand your toolbox as a practitioner/therapist and deepen your understanding of the inter-connectedness of inner organs, muscles & ligaments, bones and emotions through the fascia.

We´ll explore joint mobilization and gentle fascia release techniques - both down to earth and in the air.
Join Jason Nemer & Almuth Kramer to invite relaxation into body and soul after a physically demanding conference.

Pre-requirements:
bodywork experience and ability and endurance to give a 10 minutes therapeutic flight going from forwarding flying to back flying including some bat therapeutics.

ABOUT JASON NEMER
Co-founder of AcroYoga. He has been blessed to have many great teachers on his path. His family was always very supportive of his many passions. His younger brother brought him into gymnastics and from there he found acrobats playing at the gym and was hooked on both. During his teenage years, he trained with some of the top Russian and Bulgarian acrobatic masters. Competing among the best acrobats in the world inspired his practice and taught him about humility.
Currently, he travels to teach, study and bring communities together. He believes this practice can be used as a tool to heal and connect people in a playful dance that can promote global peace.

ABOUT ALMUTH KRAMER
I'm an AcroYoga and Yoga teacher, bodyworker (Thai Yoga Massage/ Osteothai), Osteopathy student and clown. I studied dramatics and communication science in Berlin and Buenos Aires. Besides teaching I am co-organizing the German Kula Celebration - a yearly festival celebrating diverse ways of moving, AcroYoga, Kirtan & Massage.
